We are looking for a dynamic professional with strong project management and site supervision capabilities, eager to advance their career by participating in multiple concurrent projects. Key Responsibilities * Coordination and monitoring of various residential construction projects. * Supervision of project execution according to plans. * Attendance at site meetings and coordination with all involved parties. * Cost, schedule, and quality control during execution. * Technical and administrative oversight of construction works. * Preparation and review of quantity take-offs, budgets, and certifications. * Coordination with external technical teams and internal departments. Requirements * Degree in Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, or equivalent. * **3 to 5 years** of experience in similar roles. * Proficiency in **Presto** and **AutoCAD**. * Prior experience and knowledge of **Revit BIM** is desirable. * Willingness and ability to travel between different construction sites. * Strong organizational skills and results-oriented mindset.
