UX Designer

Description

We are looking for an experienced **UX Designer** to join strategic digital transformation initiatives focused on travel assistance and medical provider services. You will play a key role in designing user\-centered experiences for provider portals, geotracking solutions, and operational platforms, collaborating closely with Product, IT, and business stakeholders. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Lead end\-to\-end UX design initiatives for complex digital products. * Conduct user research, usability testing, and insight synthesis. * Create personas, user journeys, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes. * Design high\-fidelity interfaces and interactive experiences in Figma. * Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and stakeholders throughout the design lifecycle. * Promote accessibility and inclusive design standards. * Present design recommendations and influence product decisions based on user needs. * Contribute to iterative design improvements within Agile environments. ### **Project Scope** * Enhancement of a Medical Provider Portal for Travel Services. * Geotracking solution for towing services (Truck Pilot). * Go\&Assist provider mission management. * Document upload workflows. * Quotation handling and related user journeys. ### **Required Experience** * 4 to 7\+ years of hands\-on UX Design experience. * Proven experience leading complex design projects from concept to delivery. * Experience working with cross\-functional teams. * Strong portfolio showcasing user\-centered design solutions. * Experience conducting user research and usability testing. * Experience working in Agile environments. * Experience collaborating with distributed or remote teams. ### **Required Skills** * Expertise with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalent design tools. * Strong knowledge of UX methodologies and best practices. * Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high\-fidelity designs. * Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design. * Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
