Vacancy locations: **Barcelona and the metropolitan area.** **Responsibilities** 1\. Office cleaning: * Cleaning and disinfection of workstations. * Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors. * Cleaning interior glass and partitions. * Emptying trash bins and restocking consumables. * Cleaning and disinfection of restrooms and common areas. * Maintaining general order and hygiene throughout the facilities. 2\. Industrial warehouse and storage facility cleaning: * Sweeping and mopping surfaces. * Removing dust and dirt from work areas. * Cleaning changing rooms, dining areas, and restrooms. * Waste removal and classification. * Operating cleaning machinery when required (scrubbers, industrial vacuum cleaners, etc.). 3\. Residential community cleaning: * Cleaning entrances, staircases, and landings. * Cleaning elevators and common areas. * Sweeping courtyards and exterior access points. * Cleaning glass and decorative elements. * Restocking hygiene products as needed. 4\. Residential unit and apartment cleaning: * Comprehensive cleaning of kitchens and bathrooms. * Vacuuming and mopping floors. * Cleaning furniture and surfaces. * Preparing residences for rental or sale. * Periodic or one-time cleanings according to client needs. 5\. End-of-construction cleaning: * Removal of dust and construction debris. * Deep cleaning of glass, frames, and shutters. * Removal of adhesives, paint splatters, and construction residues. * Polishing and finishing surfaces. * Preparing the property for handover or commissioning. 6\. Management and organization: * Proper use and maintenance of cleaning products and tools. * Inventory control of materials. * Reporting incidents to the service supervisor. * Compliance with safety and prevention protocols. REQUIREMENTS **Minimum education:** * Primary education or compulsory secondary education (ESO). **Desirable education:** * Professional Certification in Cleaning of Surfaces and Furniture in Buildings and Premises. * Specialized training in professional cleaning. * Training in the safe handling of chemical products. * Knowledge of industrial cleaning machinery. **Highly valued additional training:** * Occupational Risk Prevention course. * Handling of chemical products. * Working at heights (if performing window cleaning). * Operation of scrubbers and specialized machinery. * Candidates with over 33% disability will be prioritized, facilitating the inclusion of vulnerable individuals into the labor market. **Essential requirements:** * Prior experience in professional cleaning. * Ability to work autonomously. * Attention to detail and quality orientation. * Strong organizational skills and responsibility. * Willingness to travel between different service sites. * Driver’s license B and personal vehicle are advantageous. * Personal competencies: * Orderliness and meticulousness. * Commitment and punctuality. * Teamwork capability. * Discretion and confidentiality within client facilities. * Flexibility and adaptability to diverse work environments. **We offer** * **Working hours**: In the cleaning sector, schedules typically vary depending on the client. * Morning shifts: * 06:00–14:00. * 07:00–15:00. * Afternoon shifts: * 14:00–22:00. * 15:00–21:00. * Part-time schedules (very common in residential communities and offices): * 20–30 hours per week. * Services distributed across multiple locations. * Special services: * End-of-construction cleanings. * Extraordinary interventions. * Temporary reinforcements during weekends or holidays. * **Contract type**: Fixed-term or indefinite, depending on the client and service. * **Gross annual salary**: * Junior cleaning operator: €16,500 – €19,000. * Experienced cleaning operator: €19,000 – €22,000. * Specialist in end-of-construction cleanings or industrial machinery: €22,000 – €25,000. * Team supervisor or service manager: €24,000 – €28,000.
