We are looking for a **Cook** for collective catering to join one of **our senior centers in Cornellà de Llobregat.** The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, preparing, and presenting meals for large groups, ensuring food quality and safety at all times. **We offer:** * 40-hour workweek * **Schedule: short week/long week \- 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM** * Salary according to the collective catering agreement. * Temporary contract for vacation coverage with potential for permanent placement. * Opportunity to work within a collaborative and dynamic team. * Join a leading company that values and rewards the effort and dedication of its employees: continuous training plan, social benefits, professional development. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare dishes, ensure compliance with defined menus and technical specifications, and implement good practices. * Develop menus and adapted diets. * Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure proper organization and workflow. * Supervise inventory of ingredients and materials, placing orders as needed. * Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations – HACCP recordkeeping. * Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks in the work area, and monitor the use of machinery, materials, and equipment. **We want your experience to be agile, clear, and human-centered.
