We are looking for a Guest Service – Bellboy to join our magnificent team at the Hotel Serras 5\* GL Luxury Boutique in Barcelona! **Responsibilities:** * Greet and bid farewell to arriving guests. * Create a positive first impression for hotel guests by handling luggage and escorting guests to their rooms. * Respond promptly to guest inquiries and assist with their needs. * Prepare welcome drinks for personalized check-in and park guests' vehicles. * Assist guests in planning their itinerary by being familiar with the best places for sightseeing, shopping, and dining. * Be friendly, knowledgeable, and always present in the hotel lobby. * Provide general assistance to the front office manager and front office team. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in a similar role at a 5\* GL hotel is an advantage. * Proficiency in English and Spanish; Catalan is valued. * Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills. * Strong overall communication and organizational skills. * Valid driver's license is mandatory. * Education in Tourism or a related field.
