Maximize revenue following sales techniques. Input and access data in the reservation system. Enter correct codes and rates into the reservation system to indicate special room reservation types (e.g., Complimentary Rooms, staff discounts, travel agent rates, wholesale reservations). Follow proper reporting procedures when customer issues arise. Comply with all company policies and procedures; maintain a neat, professional uniform and personal appearance; safeguard confidentiality of confidential information; protect company assets; and protect the privacy and security of customers and colleagues.
