Operational Planning and Coordination * Planning and monitoring daily loading and unloading activities, reporting any incidents to the immediate supervisor. * Assigning personnel to various workstations based on their versatility and the department’s/involved areas’ operational workload. * Coordinating appropriate use of material handling equipment according to assigned tasks. * Optimizing warehouse flow and travel paths, avoiding non-value-adding movements. Operational Control and Procedure Compliance * Verifying shipments to ensure correct materials and quantities meet quality standards. * Verifying and identifying all finished product receipts. * Resolving and analyzing SAP-related incidents reported by subordinates. * Ensuring compliance with all established procedures.
