Opportunities for professional development within a solid company. Job Description At **Rol Talent**, we are recruiting a **Warehouse Coordinator**. Reporting to the Warehouse and Dispatch Manager and following established guidelines, the selected candidate will be responsible for managing the technical and human resources within the warehouse area. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for verifying and managing the area’s operational processes, ensuring required quality and productivity. **Main Responsibilities:** Management * Initial training of newly hired operators. * Ongoing staff training on equipment and facility operation, ensuring team versatility. * Initial and annual performance evaluations of personnel within the area. * Monitoring staff attendance per shift. * Promoting team-driven improvement proposals. * Ensuring compliance with company-wide standards, including GMP and prevention protocols. * Collaborating in the implementation of occupational health and safety (PRL) culture. Operational Planning and Coordination * Planning and monitoring daily loading and unloading activities, reporting any incidents to the immediate supervisor. * Assigning personnel to various workstations based on their versatility and the department’s/involved areas’ operational workload. * Coordinating appropriate use of material handling equipment according to assigned tasks. * Optimizing warehouse flow and travel paths, avoiding non-value-adding movements. Operational Control and Procedure Compliance * Verifying shipments to ensure correct materials and quantities meet quality standards. * Verifying and identifying all finished product receipts. * Resolving and analyzing SAP-related incidents reported by subordinates. * Ensuring compliance with all established procedures. Safety, Order, and Coordination * Ensuring warehouse orderliness and cleanliness. * Conducting monthly safety inspections. * Completing the weekly checklist and correcting any identified deviations. * Coordinating with other departments as needed for operational requirements and resolving any arising incidents. **Requirements:** * Higher Vocational Training Cycle (FPII) or equivalent qualification. * Basic computer literacy. * Practical knowledge and experience operating forklift trucks, especially reach trucks. * Minimum 3 years’ experience performing similar people management functions in industrial environments. \- Permanent contract (indefinite term), full-time. \- Join a solid and well-established company. \- Professional development opportunities within a dynamic and growing environment. \- Compensation commensurate with the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
