Our core values—collaboration, innovation, commitment, fun, and trust—guide us toward excellence. **What do we value?** At least 3–5 years’ experience as a **digital adoption, automation, or process improvement specialist**, including: * Familiarity with AI adoption frameworks, **Microsoft Copilot** use cases, and **Power Platform** environments (Power Automate, Power Apps). * Understanding of Microsoft AI-powered tools and ability to translate them into real business use cases. * Strong capability to analyze end-to-end business processes, identify inefficiencies, and assess whether automation, Copilot, or AI delivers tangible value. * Ability to act as a **digital catalyst**, connecting business needs with learning, improvement, and enablement opportunities. * Excellent communication skills, with fluency interacting both with end users and senior leadership using clear, accessible language. * Proactive, consultative, and mentoring mindset—focused on value adoption, not purely technical solutions. * Fluency in English and Spanish. **What would your responsibilities be?** * **Analyze business processes** critically and value-driven—questioning when to automate, simplify, redesign, or incorporate AI before proposing solutions. * **Identify improvement opportunities** directly within business units by observing daily activities, pain points, and real operational needs. * **Translate business requirements** into automation proposals, AI use cases, prototypes, recommendations, or practical guidelines. * **Support adoption of Copilot- and Power Platform-based solutions**, ensuring users understand the “why,” the value, and the correct usage of each solution. * **Train and mentor teams** through demos, hands-on training sessions, and continuous improvement workshops on Microsoft Copilot, automation, and applied AI. * **Actively engage stakeholders** to understand their context, processes, and uncover opportunities within each business unit. * **Identify gaps in documentation and training**, proposing improvements or co-creating new materials with the Digital Workplace (DWP) team. * **Collect user feedback** on digital solutions and translate it into optimization proposals and continuous improvement initiatives. We’d love it if you’re also comfortable with English. **Additionally, we highly value experience and/or knowledge in:** * Experience or strong interest in **digital adoption, learning, and enablement initiatives**, including facilitation, training, or communities. * Experience or strong interest in **process improvement, automation, low\-code/no\-code solutions, or AI adoption**. * Knowledge or experience in **Value Stream Mapping** or other value stream analysis techniques. * Knowledge or experience in **change management** (ADKAR or others). * Interest or experience in business-applied AI. * University degree preferred.
