This position is based in Madrid or Barcelona under a hybrid work model — working some days remotely from home and others on-site at the office, where you can build meaningful synergies with your team. Residency in Spain and valid Spanish work authorization are mandatory. Responsibilities: * Design scalable architectures for GenAI-based solutions, integrating AWS services and data technologies. * Lead the implementation of vector databases and systems for semi-structured and unstructured information retrieval. * Define and oversee the integration of intelligent agents into production environments. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure solution quality and scalability. * Experience with AI Agents, including design, training, and deployment of intelligent agents. * Intermediate proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS), especially in services such as SageMaker, Bedrock, Lambda, and S3\. * Minimum 1 year of experience in GenAI-, AWS-, and data-related skills. * Advanced knowledge of vector databases (FAISS, Weaviate, Pinecone, Milvus). * Experience handling and leveraging unstructured data (free text, images, audio). * Master’s degree in relevant disciplines such as Computer Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or similar. * Ability to lead technical teams and define technology adoption strategies.
