The Bar Waiter/Waitress role is essential to ensuring guest satisfaction by delivering high-quality beverage and appetizer service, as well as creating a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere in our bar areas. We value proactivity, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively to exceed guest expectations. **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Preparation and service of all types of beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), cocktails, coffee, and other consumables, adhering to ALEGRIA Group’s quality standards. * Personalized customer service at the bar counter and tables within the bar area, including offering recommendations and resolving inquiries. * Order management and payment processing for consumables, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in transactions. * Maintenance of cleanliness and order in the work area (bar counter, tables, utensils, etc.), guaranteeing a hygienic and pleasant environment. * Monitoring of beverage and bar supplies inventory, reporting replenishment needs promptly. * Collaboration with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless and satisfying guest experience. * Compliance with current food hygiene and safety regulations. * Active participation in fostering a positive work environment and achieving departmental goals. * Professional and effective resolution of guest incidents or complaints. REQUIREMENTS **Position requirements:** * Minimum two years’ proven experience as a bar waiter/waitress in the hospitality sector. * Solid knowledge of mixology and beverage preparation. * Ability to work effectively in high-volume, fast-paced environments. * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Capacity to collaborate within a team and perform under pressure. * Proactive, responsible, and service-oriented attitude. * Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays. * Knowledge of foreign languages (especially English) is considered a strong advantage.
