




We are seeking a person to lead the front desk team at a facility located in Pedraforca. The main responsibility will be the daily management of front desk operations, including task assignment, staff supervision, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Key duties include leading, training, and motivating the team while ensuring adequate coverage at all times. Experience evaluating staff performance, providing constructive feedback, and resolving guest incidents or complaints promptly and professionally will be highly valued. Managing reservations, check-in and check-out processes, supervising management systems, and updating databases will be key responsibilities. Collaboration with other departments is expected to optimize the guest experience and promote the facility’s additional services. Full-time schedule, 40 hours per week. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in a role identical or similar to the one described. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar positions; hospitality industry experience preferred. * Experience in leadership and team management. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks. * Fluent spoken and written Spanish and/or Catalan.\- Advanced English and French. \- German is a plus. * Degree in tourism, business administration, hospitality, or related fields.\- Proficiency in computer tools and reservation management software.
