Will you join the challenge? **Your Mission:** As a Revenue Specialist, you will be a key member of our central offices. Your primary objective will be to maximize hotel revenue through data analysis, strategic pricing management, and optimization of online distribution. We seek someone with commercial vision and a passion for numbers. **Your Main Responsibilities:** * Strategy & Pricing: Competitive analysis, price definition, and daily rate updates to maximize RevPAR. * Technology Management: Expert handling of the Channel Manager (SiteMinder) and Booking Engine (Neobookings), as well as OTA extranet management. * Operations & Control: Reservation review, inventory control, resolution of integration incidents and discrepancies (parity). * Data Analysis: Preparation of daily Pick Up reports, demand analysis, and direct reporting to the department head. * Hotel Support: Serve as the technical reference point to resolve operational queries from group hotels. What Are We Looking For? * Education: Diploma/Degree in Tourism, Business Administration, Economics, or related field (specialization in Revenue Management is highly valued). * Experience: Prior experience in Revenue, Reservations, or hotel consulting departments. * Tools: Advanced Excel proficiency (mandatory), plus fluency with office software and the Internet. * Languages: Fluency in Spanish and Catalan. * Soft Skills: We seek an analytical, solution-oriented, empathetic profile with strong concentration ability and teamwork skills.
