Job Summary: We are seeking a Reservation Agent for our Reservations Department, responsible for reservation management, commission processing, and reporting, with fluent English proficiency. Catalonia Hotels & Resorts is a multinational hotel chain and one of the leading hotel groups in our country, currently operating 75 properties across more than 20 different destinations, with ongoing expansion. CATALONIA HOTELS & RESORTS is currently recruiting a Reservation Agent for our CATALONIA RAMBLAS hotel. Responsibilities: * Management of individual and group reservations. * Processing of rooming lists. * Handling travel agency reservations. * Commission management. * Preparation of daily and weekly reports. * Management of rate systems and OTA availability. * Compilation of statistics and other department-related tasks. REQUIREMENTS: * Education in Tourism or Hospitality. * Advanced spoken and written English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage. * Professional appearance, dynamic, proactive, responsible, extroverted, versatile, able to adapt easily to teamwork, high workload, and pressure.
