Job Summary: We are seeking personnel for production, bagging, and forklift operator roles with industrial experience who comply with safety and production standards. Key Highlights: 1. Dose raw materials by feeding machinery to ensure correct production according to manufacturing orders. 2\. Visually monitor raw material stock levels and verify the halb (recipe) of production orders.**Tower Position \- includes:* * Weigh and dose raw materials, additives, and pigments precisely. * Handle raw materials, minorities, and finished products manually or mechanically using forklifts, pallet trucks, vacuum manipulators, stacker cranes, and/or electric pallet stackers. * Fill the fiber machine for dosing. * Clean the interior of the mixer. * Perform daily cleaning of your workstation and assist in general cleaning. * Maintain proper identification of raw material and minority shelving. * Carry out weekly minimal maintenance tasks as detailed in technical instructions. * Start up compressors and dryers. * Charge the electric pallet truck. * Assist in discharging hoppers and scales (use mallet at La Bañeza and Les Franqueses, rod at Albatera, vibration and compressed air). * Operate the stacker crane. **Bagging Position – Key Responsibilities:** 1\. Monitor proper operation of the production line following scheduling instructions. 2\. Conduct quality control of finished products and notify Quality upon detecting any anomalies.**Bagging Position \- includes:* * Handle raw materials, minorities, and finished products manually or mechanically using forklifts, pallet trucks, or electric pallet stackers. * Start up bagging machines, central vacuum systems, bag markers, palletizers, and stretch wrappers. * Clean fluidization chambers as required by the established schedule after each product, adhering to safety rules and procedures. * At the start of each product run, verify color, labeling, pallet wrapping, and correct weight. * Perform daily cleaning of your workstation and general cleaning. * Validate unloading of the next manufacturing order. * Carry out daily maintenance tasks, including machine cleaning and vacuum cleaner cleaning (used for cleaning bagging chamber fluidization chambers, visual inspection of roller conveyors, chains, and stretch wrapper blades). * Start up compressors and bagging machines. **Forklift Operator Position – Key Responsibilities:** 1\. Supply production lines. 2\. Remove finished products from the end of production lines. 3\. Support inventory activities.**Forklift Operator Position \- includes:* * Handle raw materials, minorities, and finished products manually or mechanically using forklifts, pallet trucks, or electric pallet stackers. * Prepare leftover finished products for reuse in daily production. * Dispose of various types of waste into their designated containers. * Supply the pallet buffer zone for the palletizer and unload trucks carrying empty pallets. * Perform daily cleaning of your workstation and assist in general cleaning. * Open and close gates and install latches. * Respect and maintain the layout. Keep shelf identification updated for raw materials, bags, silos, products, etc. * Refill fuel tanks for forklifts and sweepers. * Complete remaining production quantities from previous batches using vacuum manipulators, automatically wrap pallets, and scan corresponding SAP labels to affix them onto pallets. * Visually inspect roller conveyors. * Replace the filter bag of the central vacuum system (Big Bag), other collection Big Bags, and empty production waste dumpers.
