Public Works Site Manager

This position is located within the Cities division, which specializes in the maintenance of urban infrastructure, including public roadways, facilities, and green spaces, as well as the installation and operation of building technologies. **What will you do on a daily basis?** * Supervise work carried out by your team, providing necessary instructions. * Perform execution tasks. * Complete production, quality, and attendance documentation and forms. * Monitor quality standards specified in processes and execution. * Train the team under your supervision. * Be responsible for implementing the site safety plan. * Supervise and coordinate subcontracted companies on site. * Prepare measurements and provide necessary data for the Site Manager to prepare monthly certifications. * Participate in site visits. * Organize and allocate personnel and machinery. **What are we looking for?** * Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Site Manager, with particular emphasis placed on experience in urban civil works. * Valid driver’s license is mandatory. **What do we offer?** * A stable position within a division experiencing strong growth and development. * The opportunity to join a team of professionals committed to innovation, sustainability, and equal opportunities. * Professional development within our company. * Company vehicle \+ Solred card. * Flexible compensation: private health insurance, meal vouchers, childcare vouchers
