Promotion of Salesforce development best practices ### **Description** At Izertis, we are looking to expand our team by hiring a Salesforce Backend Developer to join one of our most important clients in the automotive sector. **What will your responsibilities be?** * Develop, customize, and optimize Salesforce applications, especially Lightning Web Components (LWC). Experience implementing Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud is highly valued. * Experience delivering custom back\-end implementations in Experience Cloud is a plus. * Perform integration tasks, including Flows, Apex jobs, API connections, and middleware-related tasks. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX and the Product Owner (PO). * Follow and promote Salesforce development best practices, coding standards, and documentation. ### **Minimum Requirements** **What are we looking for?** * 2–3 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience. * Experience with B2B Commerce Cloud. * Back\-end development skills within Salesforce: Apex, integrations, and job creation. * Experience with Salesforce configuration tools (Flows, custom objects, permissions, automations). * Solid understanding of Salesforce development governance, CI/CD, and release management. * Fluent English (spoken and written). **Soft Skills:** * Proactive and autonomous approach. * Ability to collaborate effectively within multicultural and distributed teams. * Strong communication skills and problem-solving mindset. * Passion for continuous learning and solution-oriented delivery. **Where would we like you to be located for this role?** This position is fully remote, with occasional visits to the client’s offices. **What can we offer you?** * Permanent contract. * Salary negotiated according to your experience and expectations. * Flexible working hours from Monday to Thursday.
