Braun**, we are looking to hire a Senior Technical Service Technician for the Technical Service Department at our headquarters in Rubí. The main mission will be to ensure maintenance, installation, and specialized technical support for electromedical equipment, with a special focus on water treatment systems, guaranteeing high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. **Responsibilities** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, and install equipment following quality protocols and standards. * Work with electromedical equipment, with a special focus on water treatment systems. * Record interventions in Service Max to ensure reliable and complete data. * Provide specialized technical support. Assist colleagues, technical and medical staff in equipment usage and incident resolution. * Cross-functional collaboration. Work with sales, marketing teams, and customers in critical situations; participate in demonstrations and continuous improvement projects. * Coordinate urgent services, advise on stock management and tenders, and propose improvements in planning. Ensure safety and risk prevention in all activities. * **Requirements** * Education: Higher Vocational Training (Grado Superior Técnico), FPII, or Technical/Industrial/Biomedical Engineering. * Experience in technical service within electromedicine (dialysis, infusion, water plants). Experience in water treatment plants is highly valued. * Knowledge of SAP, Service Max, and data analysis tools. * English level B2 * Responsible and committed individual. Proactive attitude, problem-solving skills, customer-oriented, ability to work under pressure, and good communication skills. * Availability to travel 50% of the time. * Occasional availability to work weekends or night shifts for scheduled quarterly or semi-annual preventive maintenance. * Residence in Barcelona or surrounding areas.
