YOUR NEW ROLE: We are seeking a MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR for our Maintenance team. YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Your objective will be to ensure coordination, planning, and supervision of the maintenance team’s activities during your assigned shift, safeguarding the proper operation of machinery and facilities. The main tasks are as follows: * Planning, coordination, and supervision of the technical maintenance team’s activities. * Ensuring proper execution of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance of facilities. * Managing the team and daily resources, ensuring interventions and task prioritization. * Monitoring and analyzing performance indicators to meet established deadlines and objectives. * Coordinating and communicating with other logistics departments to resolve and schedule assigned work. * Managing and liaising with subcontracted teams on shift. * Ensuring production support to meet operational requirements. ABOUT YOU: * Higher education degree in electricity, electronics, mechanics, control systems, or related fields. * Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in similar roles. * Knowledge of maintenance tools, equipment, and systems and processes. * Organizational skills, decision-making ability, effective time management, and planning capability. * Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. * Availability to work afternoon and night shifts, rotating every 3 weeks.
