We are seeking to hire an Events Assistant for our 4\* hotel in Lloret de Mar, Girona. What will your day-to-day responsibilities be with us? * Manage the reception, assistance, and welcome of attendees and participants. * Manage accreditation, distribution of documentation, and access control. * Support the operational organization and coordination during the event. * Inform and guide attendees, ensuring excellent service. * Resolve basic incidents and provide support to the team to ensure smooth event operations.
