Opportunity for a permanent contract and career development plan. **Description:** ---------------- PROMAN Spain is currently recruiting a **Maintenance Technician** for a leading company in the wood industry located in the Bages region, with rotating morning and afternoon shifts from Monday to Friday. The candidate must be available for immediate start. Relevant **experience** as a **Maintenance Technician** in various **industrial companies** is also required. **Responsibilities:** * General facility maintenance, as well as preventive and corrective maintenance of various factory machines. * Ability to understand technical information, manuals, and interpret diagrams. * Disassembly and assembly of industrial machinery and equipment. * Use of manual and electric tools. * Electromechanical tasks: commissioning of PLCs, inverters, and other electronic equipment. * Reporting on equipment functionality and preventing potential failures. * Coordination with the team to ensure the good condition of production facilities and machinery. * Maintaining a clean and organized workplace. * Compliance with safety regulations. **Requirements:** * Education: Higher Vocational Training Certificate (CFGS) in Mechanics / Electricity / Industrial Mechatronics / Machining or equivalent. * Minimum 3–4 years’ experience performing duties as a Maintenance Technician. * Valid driving license class B and personal vehicle are mandatory. * Must **reside** in the **Bages** region. * Availability for immediate start. **We Offer:** * Working hours: Monday to Friday, rotating morning and afternoon shifts. * Opportunity for a permanent contract. * Dynamic and motivating work environment. * Opportunities for internal growth through a structured career development plan.
