Job Summary: As a Commercial Agent, you will be responsible for tasks that enable and facilitate the sales function within the Packaging Organization, including sales analysis and discount management. Negotiation of commercial agreements for Graphic Arts Qualifications: BACHELOR’S DEGREE in International Trade or BACHELOR’S DEGREE in Commerce and Marketing or BACHELOR’S DEGREE in Commerce Professional Experience: 60 months or 5 years Computer Skills: MICROSOFT OFFICE Languages: ENGLISH, FRENCH, ITALIAN, CATALAN; SPANISH Driver’s License: B \+ company car to reach the workplace Contract Type: INDEFINITE-TERM EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT Working Hours: MON\-FRI, 9 AM–6 PM, 1-HOUR LUNCH BREAK Mandatory Requirements: Disability Certificate As a Commercial Agent, you will be responsible for tasks that enable and facilitate the sales function within the Packaging Organization, such as: • Providing support in sales analysis: ensuring local sales reports are reliable for sales analysis and commercial decision-making. • Administering C4C by supporting the sales team with opportunities, leads, and appointments (business analysis – reports and dashboards). • Managing discounts: in coordination with the European Discount Team (responsibility includes setting contracts and conditions in the system, sending contracts to customers, and establishing individual annual and quarterly calculations). • Negotiating commercial agreements for Graphic Arts: coordinating and ensuring credit notes are issued to customers under the monthly graphic arts bonus agreement. • Supporting local in-person and virtual meetings; organizing local events. • Generating and managing procurement processes on platforms such as SAP or Coupa. • Providing any administrative support related to the Sales and BD departments. • Conducting direct sales activities focused on Food Packaging Iberia (Distributors, Local Promotions, etc.). * 60 months of professional experience in commercial management and the above-mentioned responsibilities. * BACHELOR’S DEGREE * Spanish (spoken Advanced, written Advanced) * French (spoken Advanced, written Advanced) * English (spoken Advanced, written Advanced) * Italian (spoken Advanced, written Advanced) * Catalan (spoken Advanced, written Advanced) * Competencies / Knowledge: • Bachelor’s degree in International Trade. • Master’s degree in Marketing. • Strong knowledge and skills in audiovisual and marketing management. • Proficiency in office applications. • High-level spoken and written English, Italian, and French. • Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite. * Driver’s License: B * Indefinite-term employment contract * Full-time position * Gross monthly salary: 2495
