Reporting directly to the Area Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of one of our stores in Barcelona, ensuring the smooth functioning of the point of sale and delivering an outstanding experience to our customers. **What will your day-to-day look like?** \- Lead, organize, and coordinate daily store operations, ensuring compliance with Turris standards. \- Drive point-of-sale performance by monitoring objectives and contributing to achieving established results. \- Manage supply and ordering processes, ensuring proper product planning. \- Supervise pastry baking and ensure the highest quality and presentation of products in-store. \- Guarantee careful and attractive product display, preserving our brand’s essence and excellence. \- Deliver and promote close, professional, and memorable customer service. \- Perform cash closing procedures and supervise the store’s operational functionality. \- Maintain order, cleanliness, and proper upkeep of the premises. \- Ensure correct implementation of in-store marketing campaigns and materials.
