Inclusive and non-discriminatory work environment NexTReT is looking for a Support Technician to join a stable service within a university and technological environment located in Mataró. The selected candidate will provide support to teaching staff and companies in the technology park, working as part of a team of three people and actively participating in the daily service management. **What will your responsibilities be?** Assisting users from the technology park. Resolving incidents and requests. Inventory control and asset management. Preparing events in meeting rooms. Reviewing and supporting teaching multimedia equipment. **What are we looking for?** Minimum qualification: Vocational Training Certificate (CFGM) or equivalent experience. Less than one year of prior professional experience in similar roles. Essential user-level office software knowledge. Mandatory proficiency in both Spanish and Catalan. Empathy and excellent interpersonal skills with users. Proactivity and ability to work collaboratively. **Conditions** Location: Mataró (100% on-site). Working hours: 8-hour daily shifts between 08:00 and 20:00 **(rotating shifts).** Salary: €18,000–€21,000 gross per annum.
