Job Summary: We are seeking a sociohealthcare technician to provide user care in a residential facility, with coordination with an interdisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities: 1. Attitude towards learning highly valued We are looking for a person with formal training as a sociohealthcare technician for our assisted living residence with 18 places, located in L'Hospitalet de Llobregat. Availability to cover both day and night shifts, according to service needs, is required. Attention to users' ADLs (hygiene, dressing, feeding, medication, etc.). Coordination with the interdisciplinary team. Experience: 1 month. Prior experience is not mandatory, but a willingness to learn is essential. * Permanent employment contract * Full-time schedule * Gross monthly salary ranging from '1400' to '1700' * Other relevant details: Immediate start. Permanent full-time contract (40 hours/week), covering rotating shifts (no fixed schedule, thus requiring flexible availability).
