




Logicalis Spain is currently seeking a Front Office Service Desk Operator for our Madrid office. **Technical Requirements:** Experience in tasks related to Systems Operations: * System monitoring * Ability to work following established procedures * Execution of periodic tasks * Linux and Unix usage knowledge highly valued * Knowledge of Incident Management tools ("ticketing") * Basic Networking knowledge desirable * Knowledge of Control-M operations desirable * Motivated and accustomed to working in teams * Friendly and courteous demeanor * Willingness to work rotating 24x7 shifts in the SERVICE DELIVERY department
