This position offers the opportunity to participate in innovative Mass Timber construction projects, leveraging **Building Information Modeling (BIM)** technology to integrate this construction system into projects of various scales and typologies.
The selected candidate will be responsible for developing accurate 3D architectural models and collaborating closely with engineers, architects, designers, and project managers to ensure efficient integration among design, engineering, fabrication, and construction.

**Responsibilities**
* Develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM architectural models throughout all project phases.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—including architecture, engineering, design, fabrication, and construction—to ensure project consistency and accuracy.
* Integrate **Mass Timber, CLT, and GLT** solutions into architectural projects and construction systems.
* Review and validate BIM models according to project requirements, standards, and applicable regulations.
* Prepare and manage BIM documentation required for project development, coordination, and execution.
* Identify interferences, inconsistencies, and optimization opportunities from early design stages.
* Coordinate information among architecture, structure, MEP, and fabrication.
* Stay updated on BIM tools, working methodologies, and industry best practices.
* Contribute continuously to improving design and modeling processes toward increasingly **industrialized, precise, and efficient construction**.
**Requirements**
* University degree in **Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related fields**, with experience or specialization in BIM modeling.
+ Proven experience as a **BIM Modeler, Architect, or Designer**, using tools such as **Revit or Cadwork**.
+ Solid understanding of **construction processes, technical documentation, and architectural design principles**.
+ Excellent **communication and teamwork skills**, with ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
+ Ability to **manage multiple tasks, set priorities, and meet project deadlines**.
+ Proficiency in **English**, especially for documentation, software, and project coordination.
