Opportunity to expand responsibilities and projects A wholesale company based in Castellbisbal (Barcelona), specializing in the sale of gardening materials, is looking to hire a **junior digital marketing professional specializing in social media** to strengthen its marketing team. The selected candidate will work alongside the marketing team (Commercial Director and Graphic Designer), taking responsibility for **planning, executing, and energizing the social media presence** of the company’s various brands, with emphasis on Turfted—the group’s flagship artificial grass brand. The goal is for this person to **lead the social media management of the company’s brands**, starting with Turfted and expanding to the rest of the brands as the role evolves. We seek someone who can **translate strategy into daily social media action**. The position is currently part-time, but depending on performance, fit, and results, it may be expanded to full-time in the near future. The role is office-based at our Castellbisbal (Barcelona) office, with occasional remote work permitted as an exception. Working hours: Company hours are from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. The candidate’s working hours are 4–5 hours per day. During the interview, the specific working schedule—within the company’s operating hours—will be agreed upon according to the candidate’s preference. **Your Responsibilities** * Plan and execute the **social media strategy** together with the team. * Manage social media profiles for **one primary brand** (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.), with scope to extend to other brands as the role evolves. * Create **content calendars**. * Publish and schedule content produced by the design team. * Write copy adapted to each platform. * Engage with the community (comments and messages). * Analyze basic metrics and propose improvements. * Identify content trends and opportunities. **What We’re Looking For** * **Junior profile (0–2 years of experience)** in digital marketing or social media management. * Education in **marketing, communications, advertising, or related fields**. * Interest in digital marketing and social media. * Strong organizational and writing skills. * Basic knowledge of social media management tools (Metricool, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.). * Candidate must hold a valid driver’s license and have access to a personal vehicle (the workplace has limited public transport access). **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience managing **brand accounts**. * Basic knowledge of **digital analytics or social ad campaigns**. * Interest in sectors such as **gardening, construction, exterior spaces, or decoration**. * Initiative to propose content ideas. **What We Offer** * **Part-time position** * Integration into an **already established marketing team** (strategy + design + social). * Opportunity to work with **multiple brands with growth potential**. * Possibility to expand responsibilities and projects as the role evolves.
