We foster the growth of our team members so they become tomorrow’s technology leaders—within a positive work environment and under flexible conditions. **Your Challenge** * Perform monitoring operations for services, infrastructure, and apply established procedures. * Perform Level-1 SOC operations and apply established procedures. * Propose service improvements. * Maintain service documentation. **What You’ll Need** * Education: Currently enrolled in an Advanced Vocational Training Program (ASIX) * Knowledge: + Linux and Windows operating systems administration-level knowledge + LAN and Wi-Fi networking knowledge + Basic programming/scripting language knowledge (e.g., Python or Java) * Competencies: + Strong user-facing attitude and attention to end users + Eagerness to learn + Dynamic personality + Teamwork capability + Availability: Afternoon shift + Eligibility to sign a training agreement with your educational institution **How UPCnet Cares for You** Professional Growth: Being part of an organization composed of nearly 250 engineering and consulting experts collaborating on challenging solutions will allow you to maximize your technical knowledge development.
