We are one of the fastest-growing ecommerces in Spain, and we aim to become Europe’s #1 eco-friendly cleaning brand. **About the Role** ---------------- We are looking for an **Ecommerce Manager** with strategic vision and a business-oriented mindset to lead the evolution of our ecommerce platform and maximize its impact on growth, conversion, and user experience. This role will be responsible for ensuring the ecommerce platform continuously evolves across performance, experience, and operations—combining strategic thinking with strong execution capability. We seek a candidate with sensitivity toward digital products, obsession with detail, and deep understanding of the DTC ecosystem. The ideal candidate understands that an ecommerce platform is not merely an online store, but one of the brand’s primary growth engines. **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Lead the strategy and evolution of the Shopify ecommerce platform. * Identify improvement opportunities in: * + Conversion + User experience + Navigation + Merchandising + Mobile experience + Checkout * Prioritize and implement initiatives aimed at improving: * + CVR + AOV + Revenue + Customer experience * Manage the ecommerce roadmap and ensure agile, high-quality execution. * Actively participate in defining and executing tests and experiments. * Manage: * + Products + Collections + Landing pages + Promotions + Bundles + Onsite campaigns * Ensure visual, functional, and commercial consistency across all markets. * Monitor key KPIs and identify actionable insights from data. * Identify friction points in the funnel and propose business-oriented solutions. * Ensure proper implementation of tracking, tagging, and ecommerce tools. * Guarantee an excellent mobile-first experience. **What We’re Looking For** ---------------- * Prior experience in DTC ecommerce. * Strong proficiency in **Shopify** (mandatory). * Strategic profile with hands-on mentality. * Sensitivity toward CRO, UX, and ecommerce performance. * Analytical capability and metric-driven orientation. * Deep understanding of ecommerce funnels and user behavior. * Organized, solution-oriented, and impact-focused individual. * High attention to detail and focus on execution excellence. * Ability to prioritize effectively in fast-paced and dynamic environments. **Nice-to-Have** ------------- * Experience working in international environments. * Familiarity with testing and analytics tools. * Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or no-code tools. * Experience with subscription-first brands or high-volume ecommerce. **What We Offer** ----------------- * Direct impact on business growth. * A dynamic, performance-oriented DTC environment. * Culture of experimentation and continuous improvement. * Real autonomy and ability to influence the evolution of ecommerce.
