**Administrative Assistant (HR) at Hospital del Mar**

**Responsibilities**
Carry out auxiliary administrative and support operations for the Human Resources Department’s activities, as well as provide advisory services to employees, users, and suppliers, in accordance with established objectives, internal regulations, and current legislation.
* Support the execution of HR administrative processes specific to workplaces, preparing contractual documents for signature and labor personnel certificates.
* Manage staff labor incidents, especially regarding holidays and permits.
* Manage onboarding of new staff and process accident notification forms, among other tasks related to Occupational Risk Prevention, such as scheduling medical examinations.
* Perform user-facing tasks, as well as general duties including distribution of documentation (notices, certificates, contracts, etc.), processing access cards, placing material orders, managing parking spaces, assigning lockers, etc.
Must not have been dismissed from public administration service due to any disciplinary proceeding, nor have criminal records for offenses disqualifying one from performing public functions. In the case of nationals of another state, must not have been dismissed from public administration service in that state due to any disciplinary proceeding, nor have criminal records for offenses disqualifying one from performing public functions in that state.
**Academic Qualifications:**
* Intermediate Vocational Training Cycle in Administrative Management or equivalent vocational training, or a Baccalaureate degree, with certification issued by the competent authority or duly homologated by it.
**Professional Experience:**
* Accredited professional experience performing the same or similar duties.

**Education and Knowledge:**
* Familiarity with the hospital sector and basic knowledge of related facilities.
* Willingness to acquire in-depth knowledge of the department’s operations and improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality service delivery.
* Languages and Office software proficiency.
