**Production Planner / Production Planner (MRP)**
Are you passionate about production planning and seeking a new professional challenge in an industrial environment? At **Openers \& Closers**, we are looking to hire a **Production Planner** to join our team.
**Job Objective**
Ensure efficient production planning, guaranteeing material availability, optimization of production resources, and adherence to committed delivery dates with customers.
**Main Responsibilities**
* Preparation of daily and weekly production plans.
* Sequencing of manufacturing orders based on capacity and priorities.
* Management of plant workload (personnel, machines, shifts).
* Direct coordination with Procurement to ensure material availability.
* Definition and tracking of delivery dates committed to Sales.
* Replanning in response to production or supply incidents.
* Monitoring plan compliance and analysis of deviations.
* Support in the implementation and use of the ERP system (MRP).
**Profile RequirementsEducation**
* Industrial Engineering, Industrial Organization, or Advanced Vocational Training Certificate (CFGS) in Production Programming for Mechanical Manufacturing.
* Training in production planning, supply chain, or logistics (Lean Manufacturing is a plus).
**Experience**
* Minimum 3–5 years in production planning or supply chain within an industrial setting.
* Experience in make-to-order (MTO) or mixed manufacturing environments.
**Technical Knowledge**
* MRP planning / finite capacity planning.
* Material management and product structures (BOM).
* Advanced Excel proficiency.
* Experience with industrial ERP systems (Odoo ERP or similar—e.g., SAP, Navision—is highly valued).
**Key Competencies**
* Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
* Analytical thinking and data orientation.
* Fluent communication with Production, Procurement, and Sales teams.
* Ability to work under pressure and perform rapid replanning.
* Practical, solution-oriented mindset.
**Employment Conditions**
* Contract type: Permanent.
* Working hours: Full-time.
* Schedule: Monday to Friday, 07:00–15:30.
* Start date: September 2026\.
* Compensation: To be agreed.
