We require a full-time Occupational Support Worker, working Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., to cover a temporary position. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree (Social Education, Occupational Therapy, Psychology, Psychopedagogy, or related fields). Main Responsibilities: Implement Individual Programs in alignment with the center’s theoretical and methodological frameworks. Coordinate with the team to ensure appropriate support for service users, addressing their needs and requests according to the organization’s care model. Participate in coordination with key contacts and family members of service users. Plan, conduct, and facilitate personal adjustment and therapeutic occupational activities. Actively contribute to the center’s and organization’s projects. Align with the organization’s culture of quality and excellence.
