Job Summary: IT Systems Technician responsible for installation, configuration, troubleshooting, resolution of technical issues, user support, and IT maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. IT Systems Technician opportunity in Barcelona. The selected candidate will be responsible for hardware equipment installation and configuration, as well as diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to software, hardware, and networks. Basic network management will be performed, including switch, router, and Wi-Fi system configuration. User support will be provided by resolving common incidents involving applications, email, and printers, escalating more complex problems when necessary. Tasks will also include IT maintenance in the city's libraries, among other duties inherent to the position. The working schedule will be full-time, 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday. Working hours will be assigned as either morning or afternoon shifts, between 08:00 and 20:00, respecting legally mandated breaks. This is a temporary contract. * Minimum two years of prior experience performing duties similar to those described in this vacancy. * Valid driver's license required for travel within the province of Barcelona. * We seek a proactive and dynamic individual. * Residence near the workplace is considered an advantage. .
