Job Summary: We are seeking a Creative Technician with experience in facilitating leisure activities for older adults with cognitive decline, to design and implement activities aimed at cognitive, emotional, and social stimulation. Being part of a multidisciplinary team We are looking for a Creative Technician with prior experience as a facilitator of leisure activities within the field of older adults with mild or moderate cognitive decline or in the early stages of dementia, to join our multidisciplinary team at the Mataró facility. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, facilitating, and implementing creative activities oriented toward cognitive, emotional, and social stimulation, thereby contributing to participants’ well-being and quality of life. **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate continuously with the multidisciplinary team: psychologist, coordinator, physiotherapist, and students on practicum. * Participate in multiprofessional team meetings. * Design, plan, and implement leisure and recreational activities adapted to the group’s profile. * Develop activities aligned with music therapy, film forums, creative workshops, and other dynamic formats. * Adapt activities to participants’ cognitive, functional, and emotional capacities. * Promote active participation, socialization, autonomy, and emotional well-being. * Monitor activities and collaborate in evaluating the intervention. **Requirements:** * Education related to the social, educational, or artistic fields. * Prior experience working with older adults. * Experience in group facilitation. **We Offer:** * Contract according to the healthcare facility collective agreement * Part-time schedule (mornings only) * Possibility of increasing working hours **Schedule:** Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays: 10:45 AM – 1:15 PM Tuesdays and Thursdays: 9:45 AM – 1:15 PM **Total Hours:** 14.75 hours **Salary:** €668 / gross monthly **Residence in the area is mandatory** Candidates with official certification of disability degree will be prioritized.
