WE WANT TO MEET YOU! \- Assistance in menu preparation. \- Preparation of raw materials and mise en place. \- Plating and service. \- Cleaning of utensils and work areas. \- General support to the kitchen team. * Minimum 1 year of experience. Prior experience in kitchens, collective catering, hotels, residential facilities, hospitals, or dining halls. * COMPLETED PRIMARY EDUCATION * Competencies / Knowledge: Food Preparation • Cooking Techniques • Knife-handling Skills • Menu Planning • Food Safety • Time Management • Purchasing, Costs, and Management of Bars and/or Restaurants. Basic knowledge of HACCP and food safety. Ability to work in a team.
