We have over 100 employees, a catalog of more than 400 products, and presence in over 90 countries. **We are looking for a Planning and Procurement Technician to ensure proper material availability and operational coordination among production, procurement, external warehouses, and logistics operators, guaranteeing productive supply and tracking requirements via MRP.** **Responsibilities \- What will your day-to-day look like?** **Planning and Supply** * Interpret production requirements using MRP to ensure material availability. * Monitor and control intermediate stock levels between sites and external warehouses. * Anticipate procurement needs based on production planning. * Ensure smooth material flow to prevent production disruptions. **Logistics and Transportation Coordination** * Coordinate transportation flows among ports, logistics operators, and production sites. * Plan and monitor pickups and deliveries with carriers. * Manage operations with external logistics operators. * Resolve issues related to transportation, supply, or urgent operational matters. **Management and Control** * Supervise and manage documentation related to material movements and transportation. * Record and update information in the ERP system. * Track KPIs and operational requirements linked to the supply chain. **Cross-functional Coordination** * Collaborate with Production, Procurement, and Logistics departments. * Maintain clear communication among all stakeholders in the operational chain. * Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for planning and procurement processes. **Requirements \- What are we looking for?** **Education:** Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration and Management (ADE), Industrial Organization Engineering, or similar. **Experience:** Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in planning, procurement, supply chain, or operational coordination within an industrial environment. **Knowledge:** * Experience working with MRP and requirements planning. * Proficiency in ERP systems (Dynamics is a plus) and Excel. * Experience coordinating transportation and logistics operations. * Ability to coordinate cross-departmentally and with external operators. **Languages:** English proficiency is valued (international environment). **Additional Requirement:** Personal vehicle and willingness to travel occasionally to external warehouses (Subirats). **What We Offer?** * Full-time position. * Monday to Friday schedule. * Permanent contract. * Annual gross salary around €30\.000 \+ variable component. * Professional development. * Dynamic and collaborative environment.
