SOCIAL WORKER Essential Requirements: EDUCATION: University degree in Social Work EXPERIENCE: More than 2 years of experience in support services for people with disabilities, mental health issues, and/or addictions. Experience in the following areas will also be valued: family support, employment integration, transition to independent living. Catalan and Spanish languages (spoken and written). Responsibilities: - Conducting initial and follow-up interviews with affected individuals and their families. - Performing an initial social diagnosis and subsequently an in-depth one, based on information and analysis of the individual/family situation gathered through individualized/family interviews. - Managing aids, benefits, and scholarships, or accompanying the beneficiaries and/or their families. - Administrative management. Providing accompaniment, when deemed necessary, to achieve objectives and tasks linked to the jointly agreed integration pathway with participants. - Advising, collaborating with, and/or accompanying participants in procedures required to access and use basic services: educational, healthcare, and social. - Referral to internal/external resources according to the needs outlined in the integration pathway. - Proposing and managing socio-educational, sports, and personal autonomy activities for affected individuals. - Proposing and managing group activities and meetings for families. - Preparing reports, social reports, and records related to the program(s) and/or its participants. - Monitoring, accompaniment, and referral in collaboration with other professional figures. - Any other responsibilities within the scope of the professional role as assigned. - Managing and/or accompanying the Board of Directors in institutional relations and representation of the Association. * Experience: 25 months. More than 2 years of experience required in support services for people with disabilities, mental health issues, and/or addictions. Experience in the following areas will also be valued: family support, employment integration, transition to independent living. * Degree in Social Work * Spanish (spoken: advanced, written: advanced) * Catalan (spoken: advanced, written: advanced) * Competencies / knowledge: Other aspects to be considered: Class B driving license and personal vehicle; permanent residence in Barcelona; registration with the Official College of Social Workers; proactive and solution-oriented attitude; ability to work in teams and remotely; flexible working hours; certificate of no criminal record for sexual offenses * Temporary employment contract (6 months) * Full-time position * Gross monthly salary: €1,822 * Additional relevant information: Offer includes: Salary: €1,822.78 (14 payments); Working hours: Monday–Friday, 9–14h and 16–19h; Friday, 9–15h; and one Saturday per month, 2 hours; Work modality: hybrid (coworking space + remote work); 6-month temporary contract, extendable.
