Would you like to actively shape the digital transformation with us?** At **G\+D ePayments**, we are looking for a **Senior Software Development Engineer** for the **IT Solutions Department**, where we develop software applications to implement solutions for the company (worldwide) within our IT department, adding value to the needs of all departments. You will join a team of 20 developers in a flat organizational structure led by the Head of Solution Development, where, under Scrum methodology, you can participate in all stages of the process and take responsibility for one or two projects as Tech Lead: requirements gathering, architecture, definition, development, testing, evolution, and maintenance. **Your day-to-day at G\+D:** ------------------------- * Develop software components using the latest technologies and languages within the .NET C\# framework. * .NET Framework 4\.7\. * Entity Framework to connect the back end with SQL Server. * Front-end: ASP.NET, HTML5, CSS3, JS, jQuery, and Bootstrap. * Improve not only your own work processes but also those of the team by suggesting best practices, new technologies, and updating existing ones. * Lead in-house developments by proposing the best ideas for the team to follow in terms of technologies and development processes. * Create solutions and build the best possible projects in close proximity to internal customers to achieve outstanding results. * Deliver functional and tested software every three weeks using Scrum methodology. **What we’re looking for in you:** ----------------------- * University degree (intermediate or higher level), preferably in Computer Science. * Experience with ASP.NET (minimum 4 years). * Experience with .NET Framework 4\.0 or higher. * Knowledge of REST APIs and SQL Server. * Team player: open to discussions without ego. * High level of English for international projects (a test may be administered) and Spanish. **Preferred qualifications:** ---------------- * Knowledge of other web .NET technologies, especially Blazor. * Experience with .NET Core or .NET 5 or higher. * Experience with Azure DevOps (CI/CD). * Mobile platform application development. * Business Intelligence on Microsoft SQL Server. * Project management (PMI), SCRUM, Usability, Lean IT. * Leadership ability, motivation for new challenges, and eagerness to learn. **Benefits:** --------------- * **International environment**: Collaborate with global teams on innovative projects. * **Inclusive culture**: Diverse environment with flat hierarchies and people-oriented approach. * **Working hours**: Mon–Thu 8:30–17:30, Fri 8:30–15:30 (with 1-hour flexibility for start/end times; work-life balance is important to us).
