Responsibilities: - Management of project portfolio (commercial, technological, improvement, certification, etc.) - Product formulation - Technical supervision of processed food production plant - Administration of documentary requirements for the product portfolio: technical data sheets, product specifications, shelf-life studies, thermal process validations, HACCP plans, etc. - Technical support to production plant We Offer: - Salary commensurate with candidate’s qualifications. - Flexible compensation.
