Grans del Lluçanès, a leading company dedicated to agricultural services and biomass manufacturing-distribution, requires a responsible person to join the production department, ideally residing near the workplace. Main responsibilities include: \- monitoring the pellet production process. \- carrying out pellet drying control. \- ensuring the process runs with maximum quality. \- maintaining clean and orderly facilities. \- assisting the team leader in necessary tasks. * Experience: 6 months. Six months of experience in similar roles is valued. * Skills / knowledge: \- Forklift operator license. \- Organized, proactive person with ability to self-manage work. \- Learning capacity. \- Teamwork skills. \- Knowledge of Catalan and/or Spanish. * Indefinite employment contract * Full-time * Gross monthly salary 1400 * Other relevant information: \- Indefinite contract offered. \- Joining a growing company. \- Training provided by the company. \- Salary based on candidate's value (initial annual gross salary 19500€). \- Full-time rotating shifts over 5 weeks: 1st week: Monday to Friday from 06:00 to 14:00, Saturday and Sunday from 06:00 to 18:00; 2nd week: holiday from Monday to Sunday; 3rd week: Monday to Friday from 14:00 to 22:00, weekend holiday; 4th week: Monday to Friday from 22:00 to 06:00, Saturday and Sunday from 18:00 to 06:00; 5th week: holiday from Monday to Sunday
