Senior Project Manager in the Retail Sector 1\. Job Title and Summary Title: Project Manager Department: Operations Location: Sant Just Desvern, Barcelona Reports to: Senior Project Manager / Head of Projects Summary: The Project Manager ensures technical and operational support to the team. They actively participate in construction site supervision, technical analysis of store locations, opening planning, and technical documentation. This position is oriented toward professional development, with the prospect of assuming greater responsibilities as a consolidated Project Manager. 2\. Key Responsibilities * Technical validation of store locations for new openings. * Creation and modification of layout plans using CAD software. * Preparation of budgets for new projects and expansions. * Supervision of construction works, ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality standards, and brand requirements. * Documentation of observations and management of required corrections during construction. * Verification of proper store commissioning prior to opening. * Collection of technical information for project specification sheets. * Coordination with Engineering for legalization processes and with SAT for budget preparation. * Participation in innovation and continuous improvement projects (R\+D\+I). * Support in delivering basic technical training to franchisees during openings. 3\. Job Requirements * Technical education in Engineering, Technical Architecture, Electromechanics, or related fields. * Experience in project management or similar roles in retail (mandatory). * Advanced proficiency in digital tools: * CAD-type design software. * Task management tools such as Asana, Trello, or similar. * MS365 suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams). * Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets). * Sufficient English proficiency for workplace communication. * Outstanding personal skills: * Problem-solving ability. * Clear and effective communication. * Teamwork. * Resilience in dynamic environments and fast-paced settings. * Willingness to travel to construction sites. * Valid driver's license. 4\.
