Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive individual to optimize freight transportation, supervise the secondary transportation network, and collaborate with internal departments and suppliers. Training and medical insurance provided We are looking for an initiative-driven candidate to join our logistics operations team. Your main responsibility will be to organize and ensure seamless freight transportation operations. This involves analyzing volume data to develop plans that maximize dispatch and loading efficiency. You will closely monitor the secondary transportation network, ensuring smooth operations and consistently high service quality. You will work hand-in-hand with the Operations Department and with teams responsible for secondary transportation in other locations. You will maintain daily communication with service providers, nurturing strong relationships and ensuring operational continuity. You will also prepare reports on routes, vehicle load volumes, and other key daily operational metrics. Additionally, you will prepare and deliver necessary transport documentation to drivers. Strong organizational skills, resourcefulness, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team are essential. Prior experience in logistics centers or traffic departments is highly desirable. Proficiency in English—both spoken and written—is required, along with solid computer literacy. Training and medical insurance will be provided. Higher Vocational Training qualification. A completed or ongoing university degree will be considered an advantage. Minimum 4 years’ experience in similar roles. Intermediate-to-advanced level of English (spoken and written). Intermediate-to-advanced computer skills. Proactive attitude and strong organizational abilities. Flexibility in working hours and adaptability.
