### 💜 Self-Esteem: Returning to Myself **Workshop for Women** Perhaps in 2025, things happened that you didn’t expect. Perhaps you’re not where you thought you’d be at this point. In your life, in love, at work… or with yourself. And if this has affected your self-esteem, **it doesn’t mean there’s something wrong with you**. It means you’ve lived, you’ve felt, and you’ve given a great deal. This workshop is an invitation to **return to yourself**. To pause, look at yourself with greater honesty, and begin building a different 2026 from the ground up: **your relationship with yourself**. Because real change doesn’t begin externally. It begins in how you speak to yourself, how you support yourself, and how much you choose yourself. *** ### ✨ In this workshop, we’ll explore: * What self-esteem truly is—and how it gradually weakens over time * How lived experiences (relationships, breakups, disappointments) influence it * The connection between self-esteem, fear, attachment, and relationships * Learning to listen to yourself again and reconnecting with what you need today *** ### 🌿 You’ll take home: * Reflective and self-awareness exercises * Written materials to continue working after the workshop * Greater inner clarity and a new way of seeing yourself *** ### 🔸 Format of the session: * Clear and accessible theoretical introduction * Guided individual exercises * Space for sharing (if you wish) * Conscious closing to integrate what was explored *** ### 🌷 Who facilitates this space?
