You will have the opportunity to develop yourself in a dynamic environment and become part of a continuously growing company. * Contract type: Fixed-term intermittent contract. * Working hours: Full-time. * Salary: As per collective agreement. Job Responsibilities * Supervise the team, lead and coordinate the management of all aspects and functions of the Reception Department in coordination with the Head of Reception. * Ensure exceptional customer service at all times, maintaining the quality and service standards established by the company. * Review proper execution of administrative tasks: check-in and check-out processes, cash reconciliation, billing and collections, and sale of services and experiences. * Assist guests from arrival through departure, addressing any needs that may arise during their stay. * Manage complaints, incidents, and specific guest requests. Requirements Motivated with passion for customer service and leadership skills. * Higher education degree in Tourism or Business Administration and Management (ADE). * Minimum two years’ experience as Deputy Head of Reception. * Advanced English proficiency; knowledge of additional languages such as French is valued. * Flexible availability.
