At Lamaignere, we are seeking a Web and Digital Content Developer—a versatile and creative professional with experience in developing and optimizing WordPress websites, capable of combining technical skills, digital design, and content creation. Your mission will be to build, maintain, and continuously improve our corporate websites, as well as manage digital content that strengthens the brand’s online presence. Key Responsibilities * Design, layout, and update WordPress websites using Elementor, Visual Composer or other page builders. * Optimize websites for performance, speed, structure, and user experience. * Implement ongoing improvements in design, web architecture, and usability. * Apply on-page SEO best practices: metadata, headings, image optimization, internal linking, etc. * Create prototypes and designs in Figma and faithfully implement them in WordPress. * Manage and schedule social media content, ensuring visual and messaging consistency. * Edit videos for social media and web using tools such as CapCut. * Keep plugins, themes, and technical configurations up to date. * Collaborate with the team to propose creative ideas, visual enhancements, and new digital solutions. Requirements * 2–3 years of experience in web development and design with WordPress. * Proficiency in Elementor and Visual Composer. * Solid knowledge of web optimization and performance best practices. * Experience in on-page SEO. * Advanced proficiency in Figma for interface design. * Social media management knowledge (formats, planning, basic metrics). * Video editing experience, especially with CapCut. * HTML and CSS knowledge (intermediate level). * Ability to work autonomously and results-oriented. Technical Skills (Hard Skills) * WordPress (installation, configuration, maintenance). * Elementor, Visual Composer and other page builders. * UI design in Figma. * On-page SEO and technical optimization. * Video editing (CapCut or similar tools). * Social media management and content creation. * Basic knowledge of digital analytics (Google Analytics, Search Console). * HTML and CSS for fine-tuning. * Image optimization, compression, and performance best practices.
