**Job Title** Marketing \& Brand Events Manager**Job Description Summary** **Job Description** \#LI\-DNI Integrated into the Shopping Center management team and reporting directly to the Shopping Center Manager, you will be responsible for the Strategic and Operational Management of the Marketing area. This position is oriented towards offering customers a unique visiting experience, increasing satisfaction and loyalty levels. * Define the shopping center's marketing strategy through the preparation and implementation of the Annual Marketing Plan. * Coordinate the branding policy, institutional relations, customer service, promotions, and shopping center activities. * Participate in the Shopping Center Customer Experience Project. * Hire and supervise external partners to achieve business objectives (Press and Public Relations Office, Advertising Agency, Communication Agency, Event and Animation Agencies...) * Develop partnerships and collaborations with various entities, institutions, and companies. * Implement the CSR strategy (local and regional associations, NGOs, sustainability initiatives...) * Identify and develop synergies with shopping center tenants to enhance the impact of shopping center initiatives. * Ensure quality standards regarding the image and services provided by the shopping center. * Promote Best Practices policies within the shopping center. * Monitor and analyze end-customer behavior (internal surveys, market studies). Profile we are looking for: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Advertising, Marketing, Tourism, Public Relations, or related fields.
