We design **embedded systems for aircraft**, power distribution solutions for the **More Electric Aircraft (MEA)**, unmanned aerial platforms, and guidance solutions—both civil and military. We offer **our own lightweight tactical UAS (TARSIS)**, designed and engineered in-house, for observation, surveillance, and military operational support.
**Mechanical Engineer**

**Education and Technical Knowledge:**

* Bachelor’s degree in **Mechanical Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Product Design and Development, Industrial Engineering**, or a related field
* **CAD design and technical software:** Advanced experience with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA, Inventor, AutoCAD). Knowledge of simulation tools (e.g., ANSYS, Abaqus) for structural or thermal analysis.
* **Materials knowledge:** Familiarity with properties of metals, plastics, composites, and their application in mechanical design. Ability to select appropriate materials based on strength, weight, and durability requirements.
* **Regulations and standards:** Knowledge of design and manufacturing standards such as ASME, ISO, ASTM, and other industry-specific standards.
* **Drawing interpretation:** Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and mechanical diagrams. Knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD\&T).
* **Manufacturing and prototyping:** Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes including machining, plastic injection molding, welding, and assembly. Familiarity with rapid prototyping techniques such as 3D printing.
**Responsibilities**

* **Mechanical component design and development:** Create 3D models of parts and mechanical systems using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
* **Prepare detailed technical drawings, specifications, and bills of materials (BOM):** Participate in product and system design according to project requirements, ensuring functionality and regulatory compliance.
* **Design analysis and validation:** Perform simulations and technical analyses to evaluate structural, thermal, or dynamic behavior of mechanical components. Identify potential design flaws and propose solutions to improve product reliability and durability.
* **Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams:** Work alongside engineers, technicians, and manufacturers to ensure design feasibility from concept through production. Adapt designs based on feedback from manufacturing or testing teams.
* **Prototyping and testing:** Oversee prototype creation to validate design.
* Conduct **functional tests** on prototypes and document results.
* **Technical documentation:** Generate and maintain up-to-date technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and assembly manuals. Ensure all documentation complies with quality standards and applicable regulations.
**Responsibilities**

* **Computer-Aided Design (CAD):** Create and modify models using CAD software such as SolidWorks, CATIA, Fusion, or similar. Produce 2D and 3D drawings, isometric views, and technical details for manufacturing.
* **Design optimization:** Propose improvements to reduce manufacturing costs, optimize material usage, and enhance product performance. Incorporate design changes to meet new customer requirements or operating conditions.
* **Regulatory compliance:** Ensure designs comply with international engineering standards (e.g., ASME, ISO, DIN). Guarantee designs are safe and fit for purpose.
* **Production support:** Provide technical assistance to the production team to resolve design-related issues. Conduct quality inspections during manufacturing to ensure products conform to drawings and specifications.

Proficiency in **English** at least at **B2 level** is highly valued.
