This Position reports to: R\&D Team Lead **Niessen Product Development Internship** **Your Role and Responsibilities** * Analysis of the design request. Market research. Proposal development. * Determining dimensions according to our modular or luxury system and assembling mechanisms based on frames using our internally defined system. * Preliminary design. Execution of the tasks defined in the design phase of our Gate Model, Gate 2\. * Tool\-oriented design (focused on tool construction). * Manufacturing\-oriented design. Filling simulation (Cad Mould) and analysis for implementing improvements in preparation for industrialization. * Design focused on assembly feasibility (automatic assembly readiness). * Presentation and validation of prototypes with various departments such as Process, Quality, and Product. * Conduct necessary lab tests to ensure compliance.
