




**Do you want to be our next Data Governance Technician?** At Eroski, we are in the midst of a digital transformation, and data is at the heart of our future strategy. Since 2021, we have launched an ambitious data governance program that is progressing rapidly and is key to developing our advanced analytics plan. That’s why we want to expand our **Data Office** team with a passionate, methodical person eager to drive this project forward. **What will your mission be?** As a Data Governance Technician, your role will be essential. You won’t be alone; you’ll work hand in hand with other areas (especially IT) and provide direct support to business roles (such as Data Owners and Data Stewards). Your main responsibilities will be: * **Drive** the implementation of data governance policies and procedures across the company. * **Ensure** the ongoing maintenance of these policies so that our governance remains effective and consistent. * **Actively collaborate** so that the entire organization understands and uses data correctly. We are looking for someone who combines solid technical knowledge with excellent teamwork skills. * **Education:** Higher education (Bachelor's or Postgraduate degree) in Computer Engineering, Business Analytics, Business Administration, or a specialization in Data Governance. * **Experience:** Demonstrable experience in data governance programs. * **Technical Skills:** You are proficient in: + Creating and maintaining business dictionaries and glossaries. + Creating and maintaining ontologies. + Managing data lineage. + Ensuring data quality (preventive, control, and corrective measures). + Creating data models. * **Key Skills:** + Experience establishing and maintaining governance policies and procedures. + Experience working with specific data governance tools. + Excellent ability to work in teams, especially with business units. + Methodical and organized approach when implementing processes.
