




MANUFACTURING ASSEMBLY SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating available human and technical resources, following safety / quality / service and cost standards and procedures, to ensure production orders are manufactured within agreed delivery timelines. * Lead your team to ensure timely completion of manufacturing orders. * Organize your section to ensure manufacturing is carried out according to internal standards for quality, service, cost, orderliness, and cleanliness. * Collaborate in new industrialization projects and bill-of-materials development by providing practical knowledge to align them with factory reality and facilitate their implementation in the shortest possible time. * Participate in cost reduction and continuous improvement initiatives by contributing ideas to achieve necessary adaptations, both in products and production equipment. * Analyze manufacturing orders with your supervisor and planner to adjust production priorities based on agreed delivery deadlines. * Monitor and verify that preventive and corrective maintenance is performed on all production equipment in the section to ensure compliance with safety regulations and manufacturer specifications. * Track non-conformities assigned to your section, analyze them, and identify appropriate solutions. * Monitor and control deviations (OEE, recoveries, expenses, etc.) to meet annual budget targets. * Ensure staff cross-training objectives are met to promote mobility across different workshop areas. CANDIDATE PROFILE **Education:** * Technical education (Higher Vocational Training or Industrial Engineering) **Additional Skills:** * Knowledge of Programming Systems (FANUC, FAGOR, SIEMENS) * Knowledge of LEAN, TPM **Languages:** * English at conversational level **Experience:** * Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial environments performing similar duties **Personal Characteristics:** * Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills * Proactive, positive attitude, dynamic, results-oriented, and self-driven. * Demonstrated capacity and experience in people management.
